We offer a hassle free 7 days return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, then we will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code that can be used to purchase anything you like.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. You can email us at support@shopjbr.com.com or call us at +91 9920444059 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:Joules by Radhika, 46, Ratnajyot Industrial Estate, Irla Lane, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400056.
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.
  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.

**Customized orders, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.shopjbr.com. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  3. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  5. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

  7. Please allow up to 3 working days to get your Gift Card / Coupon Code after we have received the return product.
  8. Destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.
  9. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.

We are happy to answer any questions related to Joules by Radhika products but are unable to process any returns &/or exchanges for any product purchased outside of ShopJBR.com.
