We offer a hassle-free exchange policy on all our products. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code to purchase anything you like. Email us on support@shopjbr.com.com or call us at +91 9920444059 within 2 days of receiving the product. This will not be applicable for customised products.

We are happy to answer any questions related to Joules by Radhika products but are unable to process any returns or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of shopjbr.com.com. Each piece ordered on Joules by Radhika is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly. We cannot cancel an order once it is paid for.
Defective/Damaged Merchandise
While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at  support@shopjbr.com.com or call us at +91 9920444059 within 2 days of receiving the product and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied to the product.
 
Please follow these steps to avail of the exchange facility:
  1. You can email us at support@shopjbr.com.com or call us at +91 9920444059 within 2 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to exchange a product, please send it to the following address: Joules by Radhika, 46, Ratnajyot Industrial Estate, Irla Lane, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400056.
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.
  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your return/exchange. Reverse pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
** Customised orders, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.
** Product tags and the original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
